It needs no account and keeps logged data on your devices.

About

Rackside is a simple strength-training log built to get you lifting with minimal friction. Start a workout on your iPhone with the option to run it completely from Apple Watch: see what's next, tick off each set, and feel a tap when your rest is up. Your phone can stay in your bag or pocket.

• Log sets in seconds on phone or watch. Weights and reps start from what you did last time. • Timed sets and cardio countdowns. • Routines remember every set's weight and reps, and keep up as you get stronger. • A rest timer on your wrist, your Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island. • A plate calculator for your gym's bar and plates that plans across your workout, showing in-line on both phone and watch. • A calendar of every day you trained, and your weekly streak. • Progress charts for your lifts. • Back up to Files or iCloud Drive, and restore on a new iPhone.

APPLE HEALTH With your permission, Rackside saves each finished workout to Apple Health as strength training, with its start and end times. It reads nothing from Health, and you can turn saving off at any time in Settings. While saving to Health is on, starting a workout on your iPhone opens Rackside on your Apple Watch and keeps it on screen until you finish.

FREE, WITH ONE OPTIONAL PURCHASE Everything above is free, with up to 4 routines and the Workout Duration chart on Progress. Rackside Unlimited is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds unlimited routines and every Progress chart: heaviest lift, estimated 1RM, exercise and workout volume, sessions per week, and reps by body part.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Everything you log stays on your devices.
