Wayboard: Travel Checklist
Not claimedPack for the trip you're actually taking
By Fabiano Furlan · TravelWhy we expect it: A thorough, well-explained packing app that builds each list from your real route, dates, and travelers.
In short
Wayboard: Travel Checklist builds a packing list from your route, transport, stays, activities and travelers, including passport and entry rules for each country on the trip. It suits anyone planning multi-stop or family trips, with lists that work offline and a final check at the door. It stands out for its per-person packing, where each item is assigned to the traveler who needs it.

Pack for the trip you're actually taking.
Wayboard builds your packing list from where you're going, how you get there and who's coming. Fly to Lisbon, take the train to Porto, drive home: the boarding passes and train tickets land on the list, with the passport rules for every border you cross.
Built from your actual route • Destinations and dates, with the weather at each stop • Plane, train, bus, car, ferry or cruise, and where you stay • What you'll do there, from hiking and skiing to a wedding or a conference • Quantities that follow the nights, the laundry and the weather
Don't forget What ruins a trip when it stays behind is pinned above the list: passport or ID card, visas and travel authorizations, tickets, driver's license, wallet, keys and medication. Wayboard knows the entry rules, plugs and currency of 121 countries, and when an ID card is enough.
The last check, at the door Final check goes through the essentials one card at a time: passport, tickets, wallet, keys, meds. When everything is there, you're ready. On the way back, the list turns into packing for home.
Everyone packs for themselves Add everyone on the trip, from adults and kids to the baby and the dog, each with what they need: glasses for one, period products for another, diapers for the baby. Each item goes to the person who needs it.
Your list, your way • Tap to check: items stay where they are, struck through • Change the trip any time; the list updates and keeps your edits • Reusable lists for what you always bring • Bags, so you know what's in each one • Import a booking from a confirmation email or a calendar file, read on your phone • Reminders, if you want them: when to start packing, and the final check the evening before • A trip PDF to share or print
Private, and there at the gate • Lists live on your phone first, so they work with no signal • Synced trips are encrypted on our servers, each with its own key • No ad networks and no tracking • Some to-dos, like travel insurance, suggest a few companies; their links carry nothing about you or your trip • Export everything, or delete your account, from the app at any time • Sign in with Apple, Google or a code sent to your email: no password to remember
Free, with Premium for more Always free: the lists, Don't forget, Final check, any number of trips, sync, backup and export. Premium adds travel companions saved with what they need, unlimited reusable lists, shared trips to pack together with family and friends, and turning off partner suggestions. The yearly plans start with 3 days free for new subscribers. Premium (up to 3 people on a shared trip) and Premium Family (up to 6) are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store account settings.
