OpsDeck Crew Ops

OpsDeck replaces the crew WhatsApp group with one shared, live flight.

Pilots, cabin crew, handling and operations see the same flight page. Every step of the turnaround is one tap on a checklist — at the terminal, crew on board, fueling, catering, passengers on board, doors closed, takeoff, landing, flight complete. Everyone involved gets a notification, ops sees the progress in real time, and nobody has to type "we are on board" into a chat again.

FLIGHT REPORT • After "Flight complete", a full report — checklist with times, requests and answers, crew reports, defects, photos — goes to the company email automatically • Anyone can get the reports of their own flights by email; PDF on the phone in one tap

FOR THE COMPANY • Invite-only: ops adds people and shares a personal code — no public sign-up • Roles: pilot, cabin, ops, handling, observer (read-only for management) • Admin change log: who changed the checklist, templates, people or settings, and when • English and Russian interface, notifications in each person's language
