Pillbox for Lock Screen is a medication reminder app for iPhone and Apple Watch that keeps each due dose on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island until it is marked taken, skipped, or partly taken. It covers prescriptions, vitamins, supplements, and as-needed medicines, with a history calendar and no account required. Its standout feature is that all data stays on the device unless the user turns on iCloud sync.

Pillbox is a pill box you can actually look forward to opening. Brushed metal, a leather page, and a tinted lid for every part of your day. When it's time, the lid opens.

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN UNTIL TAKEN When a dose is due it waits on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island until you mark it. Take it right there, pick just some, or skip. No need to open the app.

REMINDS YOU YOUR WAY Each med has its own reminder. Quiet, a gentle nudge, or a real alarm that rings even in Silent mode or Focus, with snooze.

ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app opens one compartment at a time with the Digital Crown. Take or skip from your wrist, and add a complication to see what's next.

WIDGETS The next compartment on your Home Screen with a Take all button, and small ones for the Lock Screen.

YOUR PILL, DRAWN LIKE IT Pick a shape and colour, from tablets and capsules to softgels, powders and drops. Or photograph your pill and Pillbox cuts it out for you. Scan the box to fill in the name, all on your iPhone.

MEDICINES AND SUPPLEMENTS Prescriptions, vitamins, creatine, fish oil and as needed meds, each in its own place. A history calendar shows every day at a glance.

YOURS ALONE No account and no analytics. Your pill box stays on your iPhone and Watch, and syncs through your own iCloud if you turn it on.

PILLBOX PRO Pillbox is free for up to 3 meds with the Steel lid. Pillbox Pro unlocks unlimited meds and every lid finish, monthly or yearly. Reminders for meds already in your box never stop.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings.
