Gathertell: Photos & Voices

Everyone's photos from the day, in one shared album. Every picture keeps the story behind it, in the voice of the person who was there. Pass the phone around. Two taps and it is saved.

Gathertell is where the dinner, the trip, the reunion and the wedding stop being a folder of pictures nobody opens. Invite the people who were there, let everyone add their photos and videos to the same album, and hand the phone to whoever tells the story best. They talk. Gathertell keeps their voice on the picture.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Share one album with the people who were there Start an album for the gathering and invite family and friends by link or by email. Everyone's photos and videos land in the same place, so the day is finally in one album instead of eleven phones.

Put a voice on any photo One giant record button, oversized text, no menus to get lost in. Tap to start, talk, tap to stop. Two taps per memory. Made for hands that did not grow up on phones.

Turn an album into a film Gathertell brings the photos to life with gentle movement, carries the storyteller's voice over them, and puts their name and relationship on screen so years from now it is unmistakably them. Captions light up word by word as the words are spoken, so the film still works on mute. Save the film to your phone and send it anywhere.

Send a link that plays for anyone Share an album or a film with a plain link. Whoever you send it to taps it and it plays right in their browser. No app to install, no account, no password to remember. You can revoke the link whenever you want.

Bring in the old prints too Photograph the pages of an old album straight into Gathertell, then let somebody tell you who is in them.

Ask a question, get a story back Send someone a gentle prompt like "How did you two meet?" and the answer comes back in their own voice, as a narrated card the whole family keeps.

Keep everyone straight People you record and people you tag are one shared roster. Link them into a simple family tree and each person's relationship is worked out for whoever is looking.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Albums are visible only to the people you invite. Everyone you add gets a plain-language role, from "can look and listen" up to full control, and you can change it or remove them at any time. Every storyteller agrees before their voice is saved. We do not show ads, we do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos, recordings or transcripts to train AI models.

WHAT IT COSTS Free to start, with 5 GB for photos and voice recordings. Sharing, recording, and films with names on screen are all included, and nothing you capture is ever locked away.
