LOIGO: Voice Teleprompter

LOIGO is a teleprompter that follows your voice. You read, the text keeps up; you fluff a line, you mark the take and carry on. Four things you won't find together in any other app:

1. IT FOLLOWS YOUR VOICE, IN YOUR LANGUAGE Apple's speech recognition runs on your iPhone or iPad. Your voice never leaves the device, there is no account and no internet connection is needed (except once, if the system has to download the speech model for your language). Go off script and the text stays put; come back to it and it picks up where you are. When it doesn't know where you are, it says so instead of pretending.

2. TAKE ENGINE Record in Camera mode with your script in front of you. When a take is no good, tap "No good" or press it on the remote: recording keeps going, the take is marked and the text jumps back to the previous paragraph so you can go again. Afterwards you rate each take and LOIGO assembles the good ones, with the bad ones left out, without re-encoding the video. Every cut shows its reason before you export, and the original file is never touched.

3. EXPORT FOR EDITORS One folder, ready to edit: · FCPXML for Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with rated takes marked as favorites or rejects and markers in place. · EDL files for the assembly and the markers, for Resolve and other editors. · SRT subtitles built from your script, by word and by phrase: your spelling, your timing, no transcription. · A CSV take log that records how each mark was triggered (button or remote). · The videos, copied as they are.

4. REMOTE CONTROL WITH ANOTHER IPHONE OR IPAD Use a second iPhone or iPad as a remote over local Wi-Fi, with no internet and no account. From the remote: start and pause, previous and next paragraph, start over, mark "No good", drop a marker for the editor, and start or stop recording. Pairing uses a code and the link is encrypted.

FOR TELEPROMPTER GLASS Horizontal and vertical mirroring for beam-splitter rigs, several reading sizes and styles, and a marker on the line being read. With a Bluetooth keyboard or pedal, the arrow keys move by paragraph and the space bar pauses.

YOUR SCRIPTS Write in the editor or import TXT, RTF, Markdown, Word (DOCX) and PDF. "Import folder" turns each subfolder into a folder in the app and each file into a script. Organize with folders, color tags and shoot status. Version history for every script. Syncs between your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud: we can't see any of it.

WHAT'S FREE AND WHAT'S PRO The download is free and there is no paywall when you open the app. Free, for good: scripts, folders, import, editor, fixed-speed and timed reading, and basic Camera mode. No watermark.

LOIGO Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds voice follow, the take engine ("No good" and assembly), mirroring, the remote, SRT, FCPXML and EDL export, and the take log.

You can try Pro free for 7 days. The trial does not renew and never charges you: when it ends, the app goes back to the free version and you keep all your scripts and takes. If the trial ends in the middle of a reading or a recording, that session finishes with Pro.

PRIVACY LOIGO collects no data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads. Speech is processed on device, scripts travel only through your iCloud, and purchases are handled by Apple.

The app is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), French, Italian, German, Japanese and Korean. Voice follow works in the languages your device's speech recognition supports.
