Meet Sippo, a little buddy for your Mac who pops up in the corner of your screen to remind you to drink water. No alarms, no nagging, just a friendly face checking in while you work.

MEET YOUR BUDDY Pick the buddy that feels most like you: calm Momo, playful Lulu, cheerful Piko, steady Nunu or bubbly Bobo. Each one has its own voice, blinks and glances around, and looks happy when you take a sip. Switch whenever you like.

HOW IT WORKS • Your buddy peeks up from the bottom-right corner when it's time for water. • Click "Yes, I drank" to log a drink, or Snooze for 5, 15 or 30 minutes. • Today's total sits in your menu bar. Click it to see your progress and your streak.

YOUR DAY, YOUR PACE • Choose how often your buddy checks in, from every 30 minutes to every 2 hours. • Set your check-in hours, so reminders only come when you want them. • Set a daily goal, and fill a glass to show how much you drink in one go.

OUT OF THE WAY WHEN IT MATTERS Your buddy can wait for a better moment while you work in full screen, share your screen, give a presentation or use Focus. Turn on only the pauses you want. Pause reminders any time from the menu bar.

SEE YOUR ROUTINE TAKE SHAPE Sippo Stats shows today's intake, your 7- and 30-day trends, your daily average and your days at goal. Search your history to look back at any day.

ON ALL YOUR MACS Your drinks and settings sync through your own iCloud account, so your buddy knows your day on every Mac you use.
