FrameNudge: Composition Camera

Find your frame before you press the shutter.

FrameNudge is a camera with simple composition guidance for people, landscapes, food and architecture. Choose what you are photographing, select a guide, and adjust one thing at a time. You can always shoot without waiting for perfect alignment.

COMPOSITION FIRST Use thirds, centered framing, level guides and scene-specific teaching references. Face rectangles can help with framing, without recognizing anyone's identity. Some guides are visual teaching aids, not automatic assessments.

EXPOSURE WITHOUT THE JARGON Choose a subject or background priority, then tap an area to expose for. Adjust brightness yourself when needed. Backlit scenes involve trade-offs: preserving every highlight and shadow is not guaranteed.

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Camera frames and temporary face positions stay on your device. No account, advertising, tracking or cloud image analysis. Photos are kept locally before being added to Photos with your permission.

RECOVERY THAT IS VISIBLE If a save fails, open Photos & recovery to retry or export. If a save result is uncertain, check Photos before retrying to avoid a duplicate. Keep the app installed until unresolved photos are exported.

Version 1.0 supports still photos with the front or rear main camera. It does not include video, RAW, star trails, light-trail stacking or Apple's native Night mode. Features and results depend on your device, permissions, lighting and technique.
