Lyhyesti

mOmentiOn, Auto Rec by Speed starts and stops action camera recording from GPS riding speed, so no buttons are needed mid-ride. It is aimed at motorcycle and bike riders using Insta360 or DJI cameras, and it can keep working with the screen off. One standout detail is that ride data and routes stay only on the device.

Tietoa

mOmentiOn starts and stops your action camera recording automatically based on your riding speed. No buttons while riding. Just the moments that matter.

Features • Speed-triggered recording: set start and stop speeds, and GPS speed controls camera recording. • Camera control: connects to Insta360 and DJI cameras over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to start and stop recording. Supported features vary by camera model and firmware. • Works with the screen off: speed monitoring keeps running in the background. • GPX route logging: save routes as GPX files and open GPX files from other apps. • Route playback: a speed heatmap on the map with speed, lean, and elevation graphs. • Route compare: replay multiple rides together and compare speed section by section. • Sharing: create summary images and heatmap + graph videos to save or share.

Free and Pro • Free: 5 automatic recording trials, then up to 4 manual recordings per day. Shows ads. • Pro (one-time purchase): unlimited automatic and manual recording, no ads. Not a subscription.

Ride GPS data and routes are stored only on your device.

For safety, set up and check the app while stopped. Do not operate your phone while riding.
