En bref
Thirty: Stand Up is a health-fitness app that runs a 30-minute countdown and rings your phone when it ends, asking you to stand and walk for ten seconds before the next round can start. It is for people who sit for long stretches and want a simple reminder to move. It stands out for working offline with no account and no data collected, and it shows a new independent-music scene each round.

Thirty does one thing: after thirty minutes of sitting, it gets you up to walk.
Open it and the whole screen is a single number. Tap once and 30 starts counting down by the minute. Brushing the screen won't interrupt it. Press and hold for about a second to stop.
At 0, your phone rings. Stand up and walk with your phone for ten real seconds to finish the round. Leaving the phone on your desk, or shaking it while you sit, doesn't count.
When you're done it rests at 30. The next round starts only when you tap.
• 30 independent-music scenes: rehearsal rooms, basement venues, a record pressing plant. A new one each round. (The photos are AI-generated.) • On iOS 26 and later, a system alarm that rings even in Silent mode or Focus • The same single number on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, Home Screen widget, and Apple Watch Smart Stack • No account, no internet connection, no data collected
Thirty doesn't play music, and it isn't a medical device. It just gets you out of your chair.
