HookCam: Fishing Camera

Keep the moments before the bite, not just what happens next. Start pre-recording, then tap to save the available buffered footage together with the action that follows.

Choose 15, 30, 60 or 120 seconds of pre-recording and 15, 30, 45, 60 or 120 seconds after the trigger. The available earlier footage depends on the buffer already accumulated. The camera returns to standby after saving.

Record in 1080p at 30 or 60 fps, or 4K at 30 fps, on supported devices. FloatScope magnifies a selected area of the preview from 2× to 5× to help you watch the float. The magnified window is not added to the saved video.

Play, rename, favorite and delete clips in the local library. Save videos to Photos or share them with the system share sheet. Optional voice commands require permission and compatible on-device recognition; availability depends on the device, language and system settings.

One paid download includes all current features. No ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions or account required. The dim-screen mode keeps the app in the foreground; it does not enable recording with the phone locked or the app in the background.
