OPEN. FRAME. SHOOT. Choose a gym photography preset, use the front or rear camera, and capture photos or video. A timer and exposure control help you find your frame without a complicated editing workflow.

KEEP THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER After each photo, choose Save to Photos, Add to Progress, Share or Retake. Your Progress library contains only the photographs you deliberately add. Browse by calendar or gallery, mark favourites and write your own free-text notes.

RECREATE YOUR FRAME WITH GHOST MODE Overlay an earlier Progress photo on the camera, adjust its opacity or hide it temporarily, and line up your next shot. The reference stays out of the photograph you capture.

SEE PHOTOS SIDE BY SIDE Compare two moments using Before / After, an interactive Split divider or a Ghost overlay. Optional alignment controls help match position and scale. Export a designed comparison graphic in Story, portrait, square or original aspect ratio, then save or share using iOS.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, advertising or cloud photo analysis. GymCam's private Progress library stays on your device and is excluded from device backups. Save or share important copies before changing devices or uninstalling the app. Images you choose to save to Photos or share elsewhere follow those destinations' settings.
