W1 Privé is an invitation-only chauffeur and concierge service for London.

Membership is extended privately and in limited numbers. If you have received an invitation, this is where your journeys begin.

THE MOTOR CARS Journeys are undertaken in Rolls-Royce Phantom, Ghost and Cullinan motor cars, each prepared and chauffeured to a single standard.

REQUEST A MOTOR CAR Set your collection point and destination, see the fare before you confirm, and travel now or schedule for later. Your chauffeur is assigned and confirmed to you directly.

FOLLOW THE JOURNEY Watch your car approach in real time. Status and arrival estimates appear on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island from the moment it is on its way.

TRAVEL AS YOU PREFER Save the addresses you return to. Set cabin temperature and whether you would like conversation, and have it remembered for every journey.

YOUR CONCIERGE Message the concierge team directly from the app for anything a journey requires.

SETTLE QUIETLY Add a card or use Apple Pay once. Fares are charged at the end of each journey and a receipt is issued to you.

INTRODUCE A MEMBER Extend invitations to those you would vouch for, and receive member credit when an introduction is accepted.

Membership is required to request a journey. Every introduction is considered; not every request is accepted.
