LEVL: RPG Workout Tracker

LEVL turns your training log into a game. Every set you log becomes XP, moves six stats and builds toward a level and a rank. Everything is built from the sets and sessions you log.

TRAIN • Log lifts with weight, reps and effort, or cardio with time and distance. • Build Workout Days and run them set by set, with a rest timer. • Tap your last numbers for an exercise to load them again. • See your numbers over time: overview, strength, volume and history. • Work out estimated one-rep maxes, percentages, plate loading and warm-up sets.

YOUR PLAYER • A 3D character shaped by your six stats: strength, power, endurance, vitality, mobility and discipline. • Change your look: headgear, back gear, weapon, aura, emotes, colours, title and border. Try things on before you equip them. • Ranks run from Bronze to Grandmaster, and every rank is earned by training.

COMPETE • Challenge a friend to a duel. Most XP logged over the duel's days wins, and the server keeps the official score. • Practise any time against simulated challengers, and climb the practice ladder. No account needed. • With an account, see live boards of real LEVL players.

CHECK IN • One tap takes two photos together: what you're training, and you. On iPhones that can't run both cameras at once, LEVL takes them one after the other. • Post to your friends or to everyone. Attach the workout you logged to make it a Verified Session. • React and comment. Report a post or comment, or block someone, from its menu.

THE FORGE • Training earns coins, packs and materials. • Open packs. Every pack shows the chance of each rarity before you open it. • Upgrade your gear, buy cosmetics in the Shop with coins or XP, and work through the Pass. Its Premium track is unlocked with coins. • Everything in the Forge is cosmetic and paid for only with coins and XP you earn in LEVL. There are no real-money purchases, and nothing in the Forge changes your stats, rank or duel scores.

ON YOUR IPHONE • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. • A Live Activity with your rest countdown on the Lock Screen, and in the Dynamic Island on iPhones that have one. • Control Centre controls (iOS 18 and later) and Siri shortcuts. • Apple Health, if you choose: see today's steps, activity and sleep beside your training, and save finished workouts to Health. LEVL doesn't upload what it reads from Health, and it never affects XP, stats or rank. • Light and dark appearance.

GUEST OR ACCOUNT Play as a guest and your progress stays on this iPhone. Create an account with email or Sign in with Apple to keep your progress in the cloud, add friends, duel friends and Check In. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
