PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries live on your device. Reflections are generated on-device using Apple Intelligence on supported hardware, with a plain data summary everywhere else. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to export or share it. You can also lock the app behind Face ID or your passcode.
