Kort sagt
AllerShow is a travel app that shows a full-screen, high-contrast allergy card in the local language of kitchen staff. Users pick EU-style allergens and one of 64+ languages, and the profile stays on the device with no account required. It is a communication aid rather than medical advice, and the free version offers one language with a watermark.
