Firstlap: Share Your Firsts

Every first is worth keeping.

Firstlap is a welcoming movement community for beginners, people returning to exercise, and anyone who wants progress to feel more human. Record a first, share an everyday moment, find a group that fits your pace, and encourage someone else who is starting too.

MAKE A FIRST FEEL REAL Turn a small step into a personal milestone. Add a title, a short reflection, a sport, and an optional photo. Share it with the community, post it to a group, or keep it private in My journey.

MOVE WITH GOOD COMPANY Explore moments from other members, comment with care, applaud an effort, say “With you,” save inspiration, and follow people whose progress helps you begin.

FIND YOUR KIND OF GROUP Join communities around running, fitness, basketball, cycling, and other ways to move. Group posts keep encouragement connected to the activity you care about.

SEE HOW YOU STARTED My journey gathers your firsts, everyday moments, saved posts, interests, and profile in one place so you can revisit the moments that mattered.

BUILT FOR KIND PARTICIPATION Community Guidelines, reporting, blocking, moderation updates, appeals, and account deletion are available inside the App. Firstlap uses the iOS photo picker and does not require HealthKit, precise location, contacts, the microphone, advertising tracking, or a subscription.

Firstlap is a community for sharing personal movement experiences. It does not provide medical advice, professional coaching, or emergency services.
