Unshared

Unshared is a diary of moments that never uploads anything. Once a day, at a random time, you get a notification – and capture whatever you're doing. Front and back camera at once, or a five-second video. No posing, no sharing, nobody watching.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE • No server, no account, no sign-up • No analytics, no ads, no tracking • Photos and videos are never uploaded • Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock

ONCE A DAY, AT RANDOM • A notification arrives every day at a different time between 8:00 and 22:00 • One moment per day – photo from both cameras, or a 5-second video with sound • Once a week you can unlock the moment early • Tap the small window to swap front and back • Streak counter: how many days in a row

CALENDAR AND YEAR RECAP • Calendar with thumbnails – browse any month back • A short caption when you want one • Year recap: every moment in one video – slow start, a fast flight through the year, slowing down at the end. Save it as an MP4.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES • Three compression levels for photos and video: original, medium, or maximum (100–200 kB per photo without visible loss) • Optionally keep copies in a dedicated album in Photos • Export everything as a ZIP in one tap • Data is part of the regular encrypted iPhone backup

Unshared is for people who like the idea of one honest moment a day – without an audience.
