About

Stavepack helps ensemble directors prepare individual player PDFs from a combined packet. Open a PDF whose instrument parts are already on separate pages, add named parts, and click the pages each player needs. Move pages within a part to set the export order.

A whole-packet mosaic shows every page and its assignment. Coverage checks flag pages with no part and pages intentionally shared by multiple parts. Export one PDF per named part, plus a CSV manifest recording every source page and page count. Your source PDF stays untouched. Projects are saved locally so you can return to the packet later.

Try the clearly labeled eight-page fictional ensemble sample to see the workflow before importing your own PDF. Stavepack does not read notation, extract instrument staves from a conductor score, or automatically identify a part. The original PDF must already contain separate part pages.

Stavepack runs locally on your Mac. No account, subscription, ads, analytics, or network service is built into the app.
