MRecov: Photo Cleaner

Tidy up your photo library in a few taps. MRecov finds duplicate and similar photos, spots blurry or low-quality shots, and can make photos smaller, so you can decide what to keep.

FIND DUPLICATES • Finds exact duplicates and near-identical photos, and duplicate videos • Groups them together and suggests which copy to keep, based on quality • You review every group before anything is removed

CHECK PHOTO QUALITY • Spots blurry and low-quality photos • Shows each one so you can decide whether it goes

COMPRESS PHOTOS • Makes HEIC and JPEG photos smaller to free up space • Shows an estimate of the space saved before you start • Originals move to Recently Deleted in Photos for about 30 days

YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Nothing is removed until you confirm • Removed items move to Recently Deleted in Photos, where you can restore them for about 30 days before iOS clears them • iOS asks for your confirmation before anything is removed

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your photos are analyzed on your iPhone and are never uploaded • No account, no login, no ads • Works with the photos you allow access to, including a limited selection

GOOD TO KNOW • MRecov is a cleanup tool. It cannot recover photos that were already deleted from your library. • Photos stored only in iCloud may need to be downloaded to your iPhone before they can be checked.
