Par Diego Figueroa · Photo et vidéoPourquoi nous l'attendons : Clear value, a thorough feature list, and efficient playback make this a promising Mac wallpaper debut.
En bref
WallVid: Motion Wallpaper turns MP4, M4V or MOV videos into a looping live wallpaper on macOS, with a library, scheduled or shuffled rotation, and a separate Day and Night setting that switches videos with dark mode. It suits Mac users who want animated desktops. One notable point is that it pauses playback when the Mac is locked, asleep or on low battery.

WallVid turns your MP4, M4V or MOV videos into a living wallpaper that loops behind your windows and icons.
• Library and collections: group your videos for quick access. • Day & Night: play another video when macOS switches to dark mode. • Rotating wallpaper: change videos on a schedule, in order or shuffled. • Lock screen: a still of your video shows when you lock, and playback resumes from that frame. • Its own screen saver with your videos. • Light on your Mac: plays the right size for each display, caps at 30 fps, and pauses when locked, asleep or on low battery. • Speed from 0.25× to 2×, on one display or all of them. • Lives in the menu bar.
