Ottolog - Pilot Logbook

Ottolog is the airline pilot logbook that logs itself. Import your roster once and your flights write themselves into the logbook with the real recorded times after you land. Every number shows where it came from, so you can show a checker exactly why it says what it says.

FLIGHTS LOG THEMSELVES Turn on Automated Logbook and Ottolog watches each rostered flight, even with the app closed. After you land it logs the real off-block, takeoff, landing and on-block times. Only flights it isn't sure about come to you for a quick look.

EVERY NUMBER SHOWS ITS SOURCE Live flight data, your roster, a calculation, your own rule or your own correction: each field says which. Anything missing is shown as missing, never guessed.

APPLE WATCH Tap Out, Off, On and In on your wrist. Times are kept on the watch and reach your iPhone later, even if it stayed in your bag, and they always land as one flight.

CAPTAIN AND INSTRUCTOR SIGNATURES Hand over your iPhone to be countersigned, or send a link they sign on the web, no app needed. Each signature is sealed to the values it covered. Edit a signed flight and it shows "Changed after signing" with the before and after.

OFFICIAL PRINTED LOGBOOKS AND APPLICATION REPORTS EASA, FAA and ICAO page layouts in A4 or US Letter, with totals carried forward on every page. Plus the airline application hours report (PIC, SIC, multi-engine turbine, jet, night, instrument; last 12, 24 and 36 months), an FAA 8710 Section III worksheet and a one-file interview pack.

FLIGHT LOOKUP Search a flight or tail number and pick the leg. Recorded OUT, OFF, ON and IN times fill in from FlightAware with type, registration and route. Can't find it? You get a pre-filled manual entry, not a dead end.

TRUE NIGHT TIME Night is calculated minute by minute along the route against the real sun position, not a flat percentage.

BUILT FOR YOUR AUTHORITY Choose FAA, EASA or a general ICAO profile. Column names, pilot functions, recency rules and flight-time limits follow your choice.

CURRENCY AND DUTY LIMITS Landing currency, medical and certificate expiry, plus rolling flight-time limits shown as instrument gauges that turn amber before anything lapses. Your roster is checked ahead of time so a limit is flagged before you fly it.

Ottolog recognises AIMS eCrew, NetLine/CrewLink, Jeppesen CrewAccess, Sabre, NAVBLUE, IBS, CrewTrac, RosterBuster and CrewLounge exports, and every listed format is tested on every build.
