GrainCam: Film Photo Filters

Your iPhone takes perfect photos. That's the problem.

GrainCam makes them look like film. Grain, dust, light leaks, faded blacks, warm color. Pick a photo, pick a look, save it. No ads, no account.

21 FILM LOOKS Golden 200 for warm summer color. Instant for soft, faded snapshots. Super 8 for heavy grain, scratches and big leaks. Cine 500 for teal shadows and glowing highlights. Slide 64 for deep, crisp color. Cross, Redscale and Aero for bold color shifts. Night 3200 for coarse grain after dark. Expired, Seventies, Sun Bleach and Pastel for faded warmth. BW 400, BW Push, Silver, Sepia 1920 and Cyano for black and white with character. Toy Cam, Disposable, and the untouched Original.

LIVE FILM VIEWFINDER See the look before you shoot. Grain, dust and scratches move with every frame like real film, and some stocks flicker like a projector.

DATE STAMP Orange camcorder digits in the corner, date only or date and time. Switch it on in the viewfinder or in the editor.

NO TWO SHOTS THE SAME Real film never comes out the same twice, so GrainCam doesn't either. Every photo gets its own light leak, grain and dust. Don't like the roll? Tap the dice for a new one.

FULL SIZE, NO WATERMARK Your photo is rendered at full resolution and saved straight to your library with its date and location. No tiny exports, no logo in the corner.

WORKS ON PHOTOS YOU ALREADY HAVE Shoot a new one with the camera or pick any photo from your library. Slide the intensity from a light touch all the way to expired film. Hold the photo to compare with the original.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE No sign up, no tracking, no data collected. Your photos stay on your iPhone.
