A small book for your numbered editions.

Imprint Ledger helps independent printmakers keep track of physical prints, from the first printing session to the last sale. Create a numbered edition, then see each impression on a clear, tappable board.

KNOW WHAT IS READY Mark a print as planned, available, reserved, sold or set aside. Record a gallery, box or order reference and a short note. Status is maintained by you; the app does not process sales or synchronise shop orders.

UPDATE A PRINTING SESSION Select several physical numbers and change their status together. Existing notes and references are preserved unless you explicitly replace them.

KEEP PROOFS SEPARATE Artist proofs have their own AP numbers and counts, separate from the main edition. Edition sizes stay fixed once created to protect the numbering.

MAKE IT YOUR EDITION BOOK Add a title, technique, studio notes and an optional reference photo. Find artworks by title or technique, and archive finished editions without losing their records.

KEEP A COPY Export a full JSON backup, including reference images, or export one edition as CSV for a spreadsheet. Preview a backup before restoring it; a safety copy of the previous file remains available.

YOUR DEVICE, YOUR RECORDS No account, advertisements, subscription or analytics SDK. Core features work offline. All features are included in the paid download. Imprint Ledger does not offer automatic sync; export backups regularly.

Designed for iPhone, in English and French. Keep up to 100 editions, each with 1–500 numbered prints and up to 50 artist proofs. Backups support up to 25 MB. Reference photos are reduced copies; keep your original artwork files separately.
